On 16 November 2011, the General Court handed down its judgments in the appeals by Fardem Packaging, Kendrion, RKW, JM Gesellschaft für industrielle Beteiligungen, Low & Bonar and Bonar Technical Fabrics, Stempher and Koninklijke Verpakkingsindustrie Stempher, Groupe Gascogne, Plasticos Españoles (ASPLA), Armando Álvarez, and Sachsa Verpackung against a European Commission decision fining them for their participation in an illegal cartel in the plastic industrial bags market.
