Paul Harrill’s extensive experience in state and federal litigation in South Carolina includes contract disputes, business torts, and trade secret and intellectual property disputes. He has also litigated numerous large commercial collection matters including foreclosures, enforcement of security interests, receiverships, and guarantor suits. Paul is a certified circuit court mediator, a member of the John Belton O’Neal Inn of Court, and a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).
