A Checklist of Medicare coverage and reimbursement waivers implemented by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services during the public health emergency (PHE) caused by the 2019 novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19). This Checklist also addresses Medicare telehealth coverage and reimbursement waivers, as well as Medicare appeal, audit, and submission deadline waivers during the PHE. This Checklist is for Medicare providers (including hospitals, inpatient psychiatric facilities, inpatient rehabilitation facilities, skilled nursing facilities, long-term care hospitals, physicians, and other practitioners), Medicare Advantage organizations, and Medicare Prescription Drug plan sponsors.
