A questionnaire for employment counsel to use with their clients when providing advice about hiring an employee who is party to a non-compete agreement or other restrictive covenant with their previous or current employer. This form may be used by in-house counsel in advance of a preliminary call or meeting with their internal clients or by outside counsel when advising external clients on similar issues. This Standard Document is jurisdiction-neutral.
