After a long dormant period, the European IPO market began to show some signs of life in the fourth quarter of 2009. Successful IPOs have been scattered across a number of European exchanges and represent a number of industries. Nevertheless, a few interesting trends have emerged which may be instructive for companies contemplating an IPO.
