A Practice Note summarizing select state and local laws affecting commercial real estate owners and developers to reduce building greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and improve building energy efficiency. This Note also identifies whether commercial property assessed clean energy (C-PACE) programs are authorized in each select state.
