The form of Management's Discussion & Analysis (MD&A) specified under section 1.1(1) of National Instrument 51-102 — Continuous Disclosure Obligations (NI 51-102) required to be filed on SEDAR+ under section 5.1 of NI 51-102, and if financial statements are delivered to shareholders, the related MD&A must also be delivered under section 4.6(6) of NI 51-102.
