Form 51-102F2 — Annual Information Form (AIF) (Form 51-102F2)
The form of annual information form (AIF) specified under section 1.1(1) of National Instrument 51-102 - Continuous Disclosure Obligations (NI 51-102) that meets the requirements of section 6.1 of NI 51-102 to annually file an AIF on SEDAR+.
In the case of an SEC issuer, a completed annual report or transition report under the 1934 Act on Form 10-K or Form 20-F may be filed as an alternative under section 1.1(1) of NI 51-102.
