The National Development and Reform Commission has released a draft of the upcoming revision of the Catalogue of Industries for Guiding Foreign Investment in China (Draft Catalogue), which is the list of Chinese industries in which foreigners cannot invest, can only invest in subject to restrictions, or are encouraged to invest, for a one-month public consultation period.

The closing date for comments is 3 December 2014.
