An update on the Third Parties (Rights Against Insurers) Act 2010, which parliament passed on 26 March 2010.

NOTE: On 2 June 2010, the Secretary of State for Justice announced in parliament that no commencement date for this legislation will be announced until BIS has completed a review of all regulation inherited from the Labour government. We will keep this under review.
