A Standard Document for the in-kind donation of food made by a corporation or other entity to a non-profit charitable organization operated under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, drafted in favor of the donor. This Standard Document was drafted to compliment the provisions of the Bill Emerson Good Samaritan Food Donation Act (the Good Samaritan Act).
