The FCA has published a notice under Article 23B(2) of the UK Benchmarks Regulation ((EU) 2016/1011) (UK BMR) providing for the effective date of the prohibition on use of one-month US Dollar LIBOR, three-month US Dollar LIBOR and six-month US Dollar LIBOR (the US Dollar LIBOR Versions). It has also published a feedback statement (FS23/2) on its November 2022 consultation on the US Dollar LIBOR Versions.
