The First-Tier Tribunal (Information Rights) has dismissed an appeal brought against a council who refused, under section 41 of the Freedom of Information Act (relating to breach of confidence), to release case notes it had received from the care home who looked a woman until shortly before her death to her sisters. (Trott and another v ICO, Case EA/2012/0195, 4 February 2013.)
