The Information Tribunal has dismissed an appeal by an individual alleging that the Inland Revenue failed to comply with a request for information under the FOIA. The Tribunal found that the individual's actual complaint concerned the quality of the information supplied to him. However, this was not a matter which the Tribunal had jurisdiction to consider.
