A Checklist of issues for employers to consider when creating a sexual harassment prevention policy required under the New York State Human Rights Law (NYSHRL) and a mandatory sexual harassment prevention training program under the NYSHRL and the New York City Human Rights Law (NYCHRL). This Checklist includes suggested content for sexual harassment training. It is based on New York state and New York City law. This Checklist also covers notice and posting requirements with respect to anti-sexual harassment laws.
