This Note explains the procedure for confirming an arbitration award in Nebraska and the grounds on which a party may challenge enforcement under Nebraska and federal law, including the New York Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards, the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA), and Nebraska arbitration law.
