The exemption afforded to claims by liquidators, administrators and trustees in bankruptcy concerning the abolition of the recoverability of success fees and insurance premiums as a result of the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012 (LASPO) is set to expire in April 2015 despite lobbying to maintain or extend the exemption.
