This Checklist covers the litigation-specific tasks, case and client management skills, and other professional skills, such as time management and business development, that senior litigation associates should gain during their sixth year of practice and beyond. Although not exhaustive, this Checklist provides a guidepost for senior associates at law firms of all sizes and is representative of a general litigation practice.
