Proposed rules published by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and to be contained in the UK Listing Rules sourcebook as part of the FCA Handbook. The UKLR lay down minimum requirements for the admission of securities to the Official List and the continuing obligations of listed issuers after admission.

The UKLR are expected to come into force early H2 2024 and will replace the Listing Rules (LR).
