A Checklist of steps a federal agency should take during the processing of a mixed case, which is a complaint of employment discrimination made by a federal employee that is related to or stems from an action that can be appealed to the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB). This Checklist addresses steps in responding to a mixed case complaint under the equal employment opportunity (EEO) complaint process described in 29 C.F.R.
