A Checklist for determining what documents, other than the actual contract, may be included in a contract action file for procurements subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). This Checklist identifies documents for different activities that take place during a procurement action that a contracting officer (CO) should consider including such as pre-solicitation, determinations and clearances, solicitation, technical evaluation, competitive range or source selection, cost or price analysis, pre-negotiation and negotiation, post-award, administration, modification, and closeout.
