The government laid draft Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2013, to transpose the Industrial Emissions Directive, in December 2012 (Directive 2010/75/EU on industrial emissions (integrated pollution prevention and control) (Recast)). The government also published its response to its March consultation on draft regulations, on 21 December 2012.
