The Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC) announced, on 5 December 2011, that phase 2 of the consultation on the comprehensive review of the feed-in tariffs (FITs) scheme will be launched by the end of 2011.
It was reported that, on 25 November 2011, the High Court dismissed an application by Friends of the Earth (FoE) and two solar photovoltaic (PV) companies, for judicial review of phase 1 of the FITs consultation.
