On 15 December 2015, the European Parliament formally adopted the EU trade mark reform package at early second reading.The European Commission adopted its trade mark reform package proposals on 27 March 2013 with the aim to make trade mark registration systems all over the EU cheaper, quicker, more reliable and predictable.
