A Checklist of certain tasks in-house or outside counsel should perform at least annually for a New York limited liability company (LLC) organized under the New York Limited Liability Company Law (NY LLCL). This Checklist includes issues that counsel should consider periodically to maintain the LLC's good standing with state and federal authorities, avoid penalties, and preserve its separate existence as a legal entity.
