The Public Procurement (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 (SI 2020/1319) were made on 19 November 2020. The regulations make, among others, a number of amendments to the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/102) and certain primary legislation, and also to retained direct EU legislation, arising from the withdrawal of the UK from the EU.
