A letter unconditionally offering reinstatement to a discharged employee who has filed a federal discrimination claim against the employer. This Standard Document can help an employer eliminate or reduce its liability for front pay and back pay damages under many federal anti-discrimination statutes by offering reinstatement to a discrimination claimant. It is intended for use by private employers with their nonunionized workforce and is based on federal law.
