The US Court of Appeals in Washington, DC reversed a decision of the District Court that ordered Nigeria to file a response containing its "merits arguments" in addition to its immunity and other jurisdictional defences to enforcement of an award arising from a London-seated arbitration conducted under the rules of the Nigerian Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
