OGC consults on approach to implementation of new Remedies Directive | Practical Law

The Office of Government Commerce (OGC) has issued a consultation on the approach to the implementation of Directive 2007/66, amending the public procurement remedies directives, Directives 89/665 and 92/13, in order to improve the effectiveness of review procedures concerning the award of public contracts. The OGC is seeking views on the implementation of those aspects of Directive 2007/66 which are optional, in particular in relation to the new ineffectiveness remedy.
