A Chart tracking the Department of Justice (DOJ) Antitrust Division's investigation into the generic drug industry cartel. The DOJ alleged that the defendants conspired to fix prices, rig bids, and allocate customers for certain generic drugs, including Benazepril HCTZ, clobetasol, desonide, tobramycin, and nystatin triamcinolone. As of December 2023, the DOJ has charged seven companies and four individuals in the alleged conspiracies.
