The FSA has published consultation paper CP 12/25 which sets out proposals for further changes to the Listing Rules to enhance the effectiveness of the Listing Regime and other changes to implement the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive. The consultation paper also provides feedback on the proposals to amend the Listing Rules in CP 12/2.
