The Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) (Amendment) (No 17) Regulations 2022 (SI 2022/1331) enter into force on 16 December 2022 and amend the Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 (SI 2019/855), with the exception of Part 2 of Schedule 4 and regulation 21, which come into force on 1 January 2023.
