A jurisdiction-neutral mediation agreement for use by parties that have agreed to attempt settlement of their civil or commercial dispute(s) with the aid and assistance of a neutral third-party mediator. It is signed by the parties and mediator or mediation institution (if any) and sets out the broad framework of the process to be followed in the conduct of the mediation, the terms on which the mediator is instructed and the confidentiality obligations of the parties involved.
