The Paris Court of Appeal has considered an application to set aside an award rendered under the auspices of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). The applicant argued that that the arbitral tribunal had acted ultra petita, failed to respect principles of due process and violated international public policy.
The French Cour de Cassation upheld the Paris Court of Appeal's decision on 18 March 2015.
