A UK recognised investment exchange (UK RIE) under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (FSMA).

Aquis Stock Exchange (AQSE) operates the following market segments:

AQSE Main Market (a UK regulated market).
AQSE Growth Market, a primary market for unlisted securities (a UK MTF and UK SME growth market).
AQSE Trading (a secondary trading market for listed or quoted securities admitted to trading on other EU markets).

Previously known as NEX Exchange, ICAP Securities & Derivatives Exchange (ISDX) and PLUS Stock Exchange.
