This note provides an overview of the FCA's financial promotion rules in chapter 4 of the Conduct of Business sourcebook (COBS 4) that apply to the marketing of high-risk investments (HRIs) (that is, investments that are classified as restricted mass market investments (RMMIs) and non-mass market investments (NMMIs)).
