A chart addressing state laws that impose health plan continuation coverage requirements similar in concept to requirements under the federal Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1985 (COBRA). Many of these state "mini-COBRA" laws extend continuation coverage to employers with two to 19 employees.
