ISDA has published updated guidance for parties to over-the-counter derivative transactions that are affected by the cessation of all tenors of the USD LIBOR ICE Swap Rate after publication on 30 June 2023 and the announcement by ICE Benchmark Administration about the availability of USD SOFR Spread-Adjusted ICE Swap Rate from 30 June 2023.
