ICC revises scale of costs and publishes new 2017 rules | Practical Law

The International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) has announced it is to revise its scale of costs for arbitration cases from 1 January 2017. The ICC has also approved a separate scale of costs for the new expedited procedure, applicable from 1 March 2017.
