This standard document contains wording to be included in a contract for the sale of a flat, to provide for the assignment of the benefit of a claim for a new lease under the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 (LRHUDA 1993), on completion of the sale.

The wording assumes that the seller served the notice of claim before exchange of contracts.
