This Note addresses the scope of permissible contact between an opposing party's counsel and current and former employees of a represented employer in a single-plaintiff employment dispute. It examines the American Bar Association (ABA) Model Rules of Professional Conduct (Model Rules) but also provides examples of state ethics rules.
