Judge William F. Kuntz, II updated his individual motion practices and rules.
Fifth Circuit
Southern District of Texas
The US District Court for the Southern District of Texas posted general order 2016-06 regarding adjustments to amended division of work order 2016-15.
Seventh Circuit
Northern District of Illinois
Judge Jorge L. Alonso:
- Amended his rule on pretrial orders.
- Added procedures on jury selection in civil trials.
Judge Virginia M. Kendall updated her rule on initial status reports for newly filed cases.
Southern District of Illinois
The US District Court for the Southern District of Illinois posted an amendment to its fee schedule regarding retrieval of electronic records, effective June 1, 2016.
Ninth Circuit
District of Arizona
The US District Court for the District of Arizona posted general order 16-10 regarding an emergency technical amendment to local rule of civil procedure 77.1(c).
Central District of California
Judge Phillip S. Gutierrez updated his judges' procedures regarding arrangements for bringing voluminous trial materials and exhibits to the courtroom.
Judge Ronald S.W. Lew updated his judges' procedures regarding proposed jury instructions and arrangements for bringing voluminous trial materials and exhibits into the courtroom.
Judge Virginia A. Phillips updated her judges' procedures for filing an ex parte application.
