A document issued to shareholders after a limited liability company has been incorporated in China, detailing the:
- Company name.
- Date of incorporation.
- Registered capital of the company.
- Names or titles of shareholders and the amount and date of their capital contribution.
- Serial number and the date of its verification and issuance.
