State-owned asset (SOA) (国有资产(国资))

There are generally the following types of Chinese state-owned asset:
  • Operational SOA or fixed assets of enterprises, that is, rights and interests arising from Chinese state's contribution to an enterprise (including any other operational entity).
  • Administrative and public-service related SOA. This type of SOA is used and managed by institutions and organisations, such as Chinese state authorities and state public institutions.
  • State-owned resource assets. These include natural resources assets owned by China.
  • Other exclusive assets of the state such as radio frequency spectrum and national defence assets.
