This Note discusses Title II of the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act (GINA) and its prohibition against discrimination on the basis of genetic information as it applies to private employers. It addresses individual and employer coverage, recordkeeping requirements, hiring considerations, wellness programs, and other employment-related issues arising under GINA.
