An agreement (called a nudity or intimate scene rider or waiver) used by a producing entity (studio or production company) to obtain an actor's consent to appear nude or in sex scenes in a motion picture (a theatrical, television (TV), or streaming feature-length film, pilot, or series). It also addresses consent to use a body double (doubling) and footage use in publicity, trailers, and other promotional material. This Standard Document assumes the actor is not a Screen Actors Guild-American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (SAG-AFTRA) member.
