A Standard Clause for a services agreement giving either the service provider or the customer, or both, the right to suspend the services for convenience, for breach, for supply chain disruptions, and for the protection of the health and safety of their personnel during a pandemic or other public health emergency, such as measures taken to comply with shelter-in-place, social distancing, or travel restrictions.
