The Regulation for the Single Resolution Mechanism (Regulation 806/2014) will establish the single resolution mechanism (SRM). The European Commission published its legislative proposal for the SRM Regulation in July 2013 and the Regulation was published in the Official Journal of the EU in July 2014.
