Information issued by companies which are seeking admission of certain types of securities to the Official List in circumstances where a prospectus is not required under the UK Prospectus Regulation. Listing particulars contain detailed information about the securities and the issuing company. The information required to be set out in listing particulars is determined by the Listing Rules and the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (FSMA).
