In the
Listing Rules
(LR), any document issued by a
listed company
to the holders of its
listed
securities including notices of meetings but excluding
prospectuses
,
listing particulars
,
annual reports
and accounts, interim reports,
proxy
cards and
dividend
or interest vouchers.
LR 13
sets out the requirements for the content and approval of circulars and also the circumstances in which they must be prepared in relation to
premium listed
companies.
